How long does shipping take?

Shipping takes 1-3 business days after an order has been processed. All of our items are ready to ship unless further stated.

If you have placed an order during the weekend (Friday-Sunday), it will be shipped out the following Monday if the order has been processed. 

I received the wrong order. How am I able to exchange it for the right one?

Due to a high increase of orders, there will be a time where we will make mistakes; however, we are not doing it on purpose!

Please email us at support@subtletiesbypres.com with "Wrong Order" in the header with a brief description of the situation.

I did not receive an order confirmation email.

Please double check that you have inputted the correct email address. It is essential to receiving your order confirmation as well as your tracking number!


When will you restock?

These are limited drops so rarely will we have restocks. If we do end up having a restock, it will be posted on Instagram and through our email newsletter as well as text.

Please follow the Instagram page @subtletiesbypres to be notified about future information regarding restocks.

It is best to subscribe to our newsletters and sign up for SMS texts just in case you miss any updates on Instagram.
